Excellent speed of service
The app is well set up and simple to use. I book taxis through it all the time now.
The app is fine but after my last taxi ride where I was a nervous wreck by the time I got to destination I will never use again driver never spoke to from beginning to end took roundabouts at stupid speeds and a corner at 28mph in to a university campus I had booked a return journey but after that I decide to get the bus home as that journey played on my mind so won't be using again

Drivers are very polite and friendly. The customer service also respond well to emergency booking.

It put my location not where I actually was and therefore had to call the driver anyway to let him know where I actually was.
